Eat decent food. Fruits, vegetables, fiber. Nothing fancy but it helps your liver do its job .

Exercise helps early on. But here’s the catch. Stop working out hard like 2-3 days before the test. Intense exercise releases stored THC from fat cells right when you don’t want it in your system .

Get sleep. Your body does most of its cleaning while you’re resting.

If you have about a week

Abstinence is still your main move. Every day helps .

Watch what you eat. Nothing crazy but avoid fatty foods. THC hides in fat so eating greasy stuff can mess with the levels .

Keep hydration steady. Not too much. Not too little.

You might consider an at-home test to see where you’re at. They sell them at pharmacies. Not perfect but gives you an idea .

If you have 24-72 hours

Some people try detox drinks like Mega Clean or similar products. Here’s the real deal on those. They don’t “clean” your system. They temporarily dilute your urine while adding stuff back in so it doesn’t look diluted . Vitamins for color. Creatinine to pass the validity checks. It’s basically a fancy dilution method with a timer.

The window is usually 2-4 hours after you drink it . You have to time it perfectly with your test. And it only works for urine tests.

What Absolutely Does Not Work

Certo (Sure-Jell) – The pectin thing people talk about online. Maybe helps a tiny bit with dilution but labs have seen it a million times .

Vinegar or bleach in your sample – Labs check for adulterants. This will get you caught immediately .

Cranberry juice – It’s healthy but it won’t clean drugs out of your system.

Niacin (Vitamin B3) – People take massive doses to “flush” their system. You’ll just get itchy and red. Doesn’t remove metabolites .

Exercising right before – Bad idea actually. Releases stored THC into your blood then into urine .

Golden Seal – Old wives tale. Doesn’t work.

Hair Tests are a Different Beast

The only real way to beat a hair test is time. Let the hair with drugs in it grow out and get cut off. Or don’t have drugs in your system when that hair was growing.

The Synthetic Urine Situation

Can you use synthetic urine or someone else’s clean pee? Maybe. Depends on the test.

Some collections are observed. Some aren’t. Labs check temperature (has to be 90-100°F within minutes) . They check for stuff that should be in real urine. Some labs test for synthetic urine specifically.
